There are a few occasions where it is necessary to fully relay a pipe.
If a pipe has been dislodged by a tree root or damaged by work above ground such as fence stakes being driven through it, it may be that another pipe is necessary for additional services to be introduced to a building or that new gullies for a new soakaway or septic tank are required.
